Lachlan comes from a quiet family in a quiet part of the world. Having decided that being unheard and uninvolved was...less than satisfactory, he resolved to opt for the more outgoing option, simply to make life more rewarding.

From a career start in engineering, he has grown through extensive travel, business, purpose and more than a bit of luck. Having employed over 60 people in his own businesses, he saw an ongoing need for the smart people to stand up and be heard.

Today he brings invaluable insights from careers training, comedy theatre, recruitment, design, and public speaking to his mission. His personal telent is empowering individuals, making challenging tasks enjoyable, and delivering considerate yet impactful feedback.

The Human Toolbox solution is delivered within a series of in-person workshops gives people the opportunity to understand their fears, master their reactions and grow their confidence in a progressive way. These workshops not only tackle individual fears but also emphasize the importance of community and support, fostering connections among participants that enhance the learning experience and create lasting bonds.

Using a "domino sequence" we build experience and calmness over a series of steps. Each step is carefully designed to incrementally challenge participants, helping them to push their comfort zones and discover new strengths they may not have realized they possessed.
