Bringing insights from careers training, comedy theatre, recruitment, design and public speaking, Lachlan has a talent for "scooping" people up, making scary things fun for all sorts and providing kind yet effective feedback.

His Why? It was seeing smart people being ignored and overlooked in work and life that compelled him to design this series of practical workshops.
